The GT36 valves are mounted on independently operated swinging arms, each carrying two dispensing valves, which can operate singularly or in pairs, to double the dispensing flow. For a selected number of components, four valves can be used simultaneously (two arms engaged together); this effectively quadruples the flow. The GT36 can dispense in containers with very small diameters.

A high-precision-electronic scale controls the weight of the components during dispensing. The valves are operated according to the weight communicated from the scale to our “self-calibrating” software, IMAESTRO —developed in-house by IM GROUP—to achieve maximum speed and dispensing accuracy. Production and traceability are simplified via bar-code/QR-code systems equipped with smart device powered by our IMAESTRO Mobile App.

To ensure quality maintenance, only certified commercial parts are used.
